It is our goal to make your stay a most memorable and enjoyable experience. During your stay we will be happy to assist you with local attractions and restaurant selection. While we attempt to ensure that you have a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, if there is something that you need please do not hesitate to ask. Do you have internet connection?
Free Wifi is available throughout the house. Internet is also available via your smart TV in your room. A touch screen PC is available in the second floor sitting room. Please ask if you need items printed
Are pets welcome?
Unfortunately we can not accommodate visiting pets. Please feel free to spoil our cats should you be missing your own pets
When will I receive confirmation of my reservation?
We confirm reservations via email within 24 hours of your request. Should there be a discrepancy between your request and the room availability we will call you.
Are laundry facilities available?
We have no facilities for guest laundry on the premises, however there is a laundromat within a few blocks on Eastern Ave
What are the local and state taxes?
Accommodation taxes are 15.5%, comprising a city tax of 9.5% and state sales tax of 6%
What time is check in and check out?
Our check-in time is from 3 to 7pm. If you anticipate arriving later than 7pm , please advise us and we will make appropriate arrangements. Check out time is noon (12pm).
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours in advance, please call to cancel all reservations. Cancellations received less that 24 hours ahead of check in will be charged for one nights stay.
Is smoking or lighting candles permitted?
For the comfort of all guests, we are a non-smoking establishment. Please do not smoke or light candles in the rooms as smoke detectors and fire sprinklers will initiate. For our smoking guests we have the outside deck and 2nd floor balcony available.
Can you accommodate children or additional adults in the room?
For the convenience and consideration of other guests, we only accommodate guests over 14 years of age. Our rooms are designed for double occupancy only, we do not have roll-away beds available.
Are parking facilities available?
Street parking is limited to 3 hours. Off street parking is available at several local garages in the area. The Little Italy Parking Garage offers inexpensive parking on weekends at a rate of $5 for 24 hours, click this link to see parking options neighborhood parking
How is breakfast served?
Breakfast is available from 8.30am to 10.30am and is served in the dining room. Breakfast is cooked to order from a menu of items and is not available ‘to go’ or as room service. Due to Covid, Guests are asked to reserve a breakfast time slot at check in. Sorry but ‘doggy bags or boxes’ are not available for breakfast leftovers.
